Preparing a wall to be Painted

Here are some tips for preparing a wall to be painted.

1. Brush away any dust or cobwebs.
2. Use a soap scrub to clean any dirty surfaces.
3. Use a mould spray to get rid of any existing mould.
4. Scrape away any flaking paint or old wallpaper and fill in any cracks and holes.
5. Once the patching has dried, lightly sand the wall down till smooth.

Your wall is now ready for a primer, undercoat or it’s first coat.
