Here are some tips for preparing a wall to be painted.
- Brush away any dust or cobwebs.
- Use a soap scrub to clean any dirty surfaces.
- Use a mould spray to get rid of any existing mould.
- Scrape away any flaking paint or old wallpaper and fill in any cracks and holes.
- Once the patching has dried, lightly sand the wall down till smooth.
Your wall is now ready for a primer, undercoat or it’s first coat.
